Our vision

Every restaurant in India deserves an analyst. Most will never hire one.

The problem

India has over 7 million food businesses. The ones on modern POS systems generate rich data every single day — and almost none of it gets used. Dashboards go unopened. Reports get emailed and ignored. Decisions on menus, discounts, and staffing are made on gut feel, because the owner is running the floor, not a spreadsheet.

The insight isn’t missing. The interface is wrong.

The wedge

Every restaurant owner in India already lives on WhatsApp. So instead of another dashboard, Suvel AI is an analyst you text. “Aaj ki sale kitni hui?” gets a real answer — the number, the trend, and one thing to do about it — computed from that restaurant’s own POS data, never guessed.

The incumbent tools don’t do this. POS analytics are web-dashboards nobody opens. WhatsApp business platforms are broadcast tools, not analysts. Suvel AI sits in the gap: insight-first, conversation-first, India-first.

Why now

Three curves crossed. Language models finally compute answers reliably from real business data — every number Suvel AI sends comes from an audited SQL query, not model memory. WhatsApp Business reached total ubiquity in Indian SMBs. And in late 2025, after a ten-year fight, Zomato and Swiggy began sharing customer data back with restaurants — so for the first time, an outlet’s data can actually be unified in one place. The interface people already use, intelligence that’s finally trustworthy, and data a restaurant finally owns.

Where this goes

Now

WhatsApp Analyst

Conversational analytics over your POS data, on WhatsApp. Live with pilot restaurants.

Next

Voice & Customer agents

A multilingual phone agent that never misses a call, and a customer agent that sends receipts and runs opt-in marketing campaigns on WhatsApp.

Then

The customer graph you own

Unify POS, aggregators, payments and reviews on the phone number into one Guest 360 — RFM segments, win-backs, and feedback stitched to every guest.

Beyond

The operating brain

Inventory forecasting, food-cost variance, menu engineering, aggregator reconciliation — every decision a restaurant makes, informed by its own data, compounding over time.

The business

Restaurants pay ₹1,500–3,000 per outlet per month — priced against the WhatsApp business tools they already buy, but delivering decisions instead of broadcasts. One prevented bad discount pays for a year of Suvel AI.
