Suvel AI is a WhatsApp-based business analytics assistant for restaurant owners.
Data we process
WhatsApp messages you send to our business number, and the point-of-sale business data (sales, orders, menu items) that a business owner has explicitly connected for their own restaurant. We do not ingest your customers’ personal data.
How we use it
Solely to answer the business owner’s questions about their own business and to send business summaries they have opted into. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers required to operate the assistant (Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Anthropic).
Access control
Only phone numbers a business owner has authorised can query that business’s data. Each restaurant’s data is stored in isolation. All queries are logged for security auditing.
Deletion
Message STOPto stop receiving messages, or contact us to delete your business’s data entirely.
